Teacher's guide
How to play Money Bingo
1 · Set up
Choose the number of players and print one card each (every card is different). Keep the caller's checklist for yourself. Students need a pencil or counters to mark squares.
2 · Call the words
Read a money word from your checklist and cross it off. Say a one-line meaning as you call it — that quick definition is the real lesson. (On screen you can press Draw a word to pick randomly.)
3 · Mark the card
Students find the word on their card and mark it. The centre ★ FREE square is already yours. The MONEY letters across the top just help everyone find columns quickly.
4 · Win & check
First to complete a full row, column or diagonalcalls “Bingo!”. Check it against your crossed-off list, then ask them to explain each word in the line — if they can, they win.
Variations: four corners · a full card (“blackout”) · “explain-to-win” (must define the word to mark it). Press New cards for a fresh round; older classes can go faster and cover the definitions themselves.
