Lesson 3 · 5 min

Talk money without lectures

Lesson notes

Kids copy what they see, not what you preach. Keep it short and calm.

The 90-second talk

No lecture. One idea, once, calmly: "From now on you get pocket money. We use three jars. Mistakes are okay."

Model it

Once a month, show your own choice: "We're saving for the holiday." Modelling teaches more than ten talks.

Ask, don't judge

After a slip-up, ask: "What would you do differently next time?" — not a lecture, a conversation.

Cash's rule: short talks, good example, no judgment.

Quick quiz

Answer a few questions to lock it in.
